Return Eligibility

You can return items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and have all tags attached. We accept returns for fit or fabric issues, but not for style or design preferences, as all details are clearly mentioned on our website.

Refund Process

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will require bank details for processing.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 2-3 days.

Return Shipping Costs

We will cover the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that items are kept unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed. Please note that exchanges will only be processed once we receive the original item back to our warehouse.
